How It All Started?

Peak Psychological Services began in 2012 with a great idea and a wonderful clincian, Dr. Nicole Peak, at the helm. In 2021, we put our heads and our passion together to formulate an ambitious goal with the createion of Basecamp Behavioral Health: hire the best clinicians, knowledgeable in evidence-based behavioral health treatments to deliver top of the line services while simultaneously investing in the wellness of our clinicians with flexible schedules, self-care initiatives, and an awesome company culture. Sadly, something uncommon in the behavioral health industry. This came about after Nicole, a clinical psychologist, worked with client after client who seemed to be struggling for years with nothing more than ‘vent sessions’ for therapy and after, Brandi, an experienced executive and former military spouse, managed a broken behavioral health system in trying to help her own family. We made it our mission to pair high quality therapeutic services with an investment in team culture to raise industry standards not only in Colorado, but nationally.

Our Mission
