Entrepreneurship is in my blood, but I wasn’t really into it at first. From hotels operational roles to organizing life's most significant events, each step was a learning curve. My move Dubai marked a personal and professional transformation, teaching me the art of empathy and cultural understanding at a global scale.

From being on sales calls in a different country every week to diving headfirst into the financial sector, I’ve been there, done that. And soon I realized that dealing with people is the same, no matter where you are and which industry you work in. I discovered the universal language of human interaction and service where it’s all about making every interaction unforgettable.

After several years in the luxury field and numerous conversations with my entrepreneurial mother, my husband Stanislas Helou and I came to the realization that our skills and knowledge were not so common, so we established Thinking Luxury in 2021 with the sole purpose of elevating the Customer Experience of any business across the globe, driven by a shared belief in the power of empathy and emotional intelligence.

These two years have been a wild ride. We've helped loads of businesses, but it has also brought some introspection as of how we can extend our impact and help as many businesses as possible to be the best version of themselves – keep an eye on our LinkedIn channels for upcoming updates!
