"Sharing is Good"

Dear User's,

Do you believe that a comment & a share the post to make big impact on someone life? Yes, It happened. 

Normally I using my LinkedIn account for only posted my requirements and read some interesting articles and then log out my account. It has been continued do so for some years. A month back I come through a Job opportunities post on my timeline. Normally I Just see any posting like this and scroll down for others. But On the day, Something on mind to share this posting, I did so accidentally, Then I started continued as usually to post my requirements and reading articles.

A week back, I was pop-up a msg in inbox, a person stating that he thank to me for timely help. I couldn't understand why he wants to thank and got confused and started to think what I did. Normally I didn't do anything in apart from my work. 

I confirmed that he is not my known circle, but he gets connect with me.

I started to ping him back asked him why do you want thank me. He narrated a story on his long days unemployment and a wait for his dream job. meanwhile my mind started murmuring something that I didn't call him for interview and also he is not getting relevant skills set to approach my company future or In-case he thank me in advance for any reference from end.

I thought to ask him directly, So I typing faster than earlier, I asked him, how can I help you ? and though to inform him your profile didn't relevant for my organisation. Meanwhile He replied on my inbox that i already did such a thing (help). The text confuse me more. Straightway I replied him that I didn't understand that what your are saying. Please clarify me.

He stating that I recent got a "sharing post regarding the Job opportunities" on his timeline.

Again It confuse me more. It's normally happening on everyone timeline. what is the important? So I asked him what u mean? He replied, Sir, Past 3 year, I got many interview call from company (BPO, call-center, Data entries) which is not relevant to me. Few times i got call from many consultancy for relevant Job. But they asked me to pay some amount as refund. even I did for one time (very hard to arrange the money) but didn't get Job, They keep on telling me to wait for some time, still the client is not confirm the position.

He said, Before last week, I though to given up my hope to get job on my relevant skill and start to search any work due to my family situations. By the way I open my LinkedIn page (accidentally) I got that "shared post regarding the Job opportunities" on his timeline. I said him, It's normally happening on LinkedIn by many person, There is nothing new.

It surprising me the word he said. Sir I have very few connection (less than 15) that you are one among them. I have only one HR in that you are the person. I have received the only one relevant post on my timeline, I saw the post and contact the concern HR immediately, He did schedule me for a interview. I got selected and join the concern a week before. That's why I saying "THANK YOU".

I feel very happy now......... I have been in this filed (HR) around 7 year and done interview more person and handed offer many. but I never felt such a feeling before that.

It's great feeling to me by did a small thing (sharing the post) and releasing now that many of students / job seeker following us for similar one (reference). Questioning me that why can't i continue. Yes, I am going continued to do so.....

This network is a chain process, we know very well." Everyday someone is hiring and some is needy of that job. Pls do connecting them by sharing/commenting the post.

Small efforts can make big impact on someone life.
