Sharing Experience

To all our Readers a BIG welcome back from your Summer holidays and I hope you all enjoyed as many heatwaves as we did in Ireland, which felt like the Med most of the Summer. I am as tanned as an Irishman can be, which means I'm beetroot red.

What can I tell you? Liz Truss is Prime Minister, Man Utd are rocking again and we face into a Winter of discontent. So to help in our own small way we are bringing you more and more top class Content! It's Erik the Red's job to win the League and mine to create a Finance Community which knocks your socks off! Ready to rumble? Lets go.

We have been busy and the Q3 Edition of Finance Transformation Magazine will be published on Tuesday 4th October. Amongst others, we have signed up two Finance Legends who Podcast with the best of them, in Andrew Codd and Hannah Munro to feature.

Andrew Codd will focus on 'Pitching to the CFO' and Hannah continues our ERP Corner with a focus on Sage Intacct. Hannah and I will also be Podcasting together in late September to bring a flavour of who is in the Q3 Edition and to tackle the hard questions in Finance, no more soft ball questions, we shall be going flat out. Stay tuned...

We are going to update the Magazine format in order to better get across the quality Content within an easy to absorb format. You are all busy people and we want to make your life easier, just like Utd's attack now they have remembered where the Goal is.

We are committed to sharing knowledge and in addition to our Masterclass above we will host a Networking Evening in October - details in the next Newsletter but I sense Central Birmingham and Thursday 6th October as a time and place where we raise a glass together.

The whole Finance Transformation UK team will be there and I am sure our Magazine Contributors will pop along for a chat.

I have a few Conference Speaking commitments to continue to spread the good word about Finance Transformation Magazine. I am featuring in the Purchase to Pay Network Focus week in September, the AP Association Conference on the 11th October and Proactis ReThink '22 in November on the 8th and 9th. Really looking forward to both.

At Proactis I share stage with a Legend of British Athletics in Olympic Champion Sally Gunnell and we will have a flat 400 challenge if she still thinks she's good enough...
