The NFL is currently the only professional sports league that has a comprehensive set of best practices for stadium security that has been certified by the Department of Homeland Security as anti-terrorism technologies under the US Safety Act. However, other stadiums and arenas will soon adopt the security policies pioneered by the NFL in order to secure their fans’ safety – all in the name of protecting ourselves against terror.

The aim is that the traffic-hump should be used at major events like carnivals and street and music festivals in order to prevent what happened in Nice and other places where lorries were used to mow down hundreds of people.
