For over a decade we have been working in health and social and pushing forward new models of care, especially in the sharing of data across traditional boundaries, and in using data to predict the onset of frailty. One of the major barriers is the sharing of information across clinical, care and technological boundaries, so we've been running a symposium on related areas. We think that debate is key to moving forward, and we have a conference on Wednesday 5 October on Data in Health and Social Care:
