Shares In 2YO Gelding by Hinchinbrook - In Full Work Warwick Farm

Introducing our Exciting New Syndication,

Hinchinbrook - Mountain Laurel (by Starcraft) - 2YO Bay Gelding

Country Racing Syndications are excited to offer this son of Hinchinbrook, who is currently in training with one of our amazing trainers Lauri Parker at Warwick Farm.

Why wait to see your horse on the track! Most syndicated horses are yearlings where you have to wait 12, 18, or sometimes even 24 months to see your horse at the trials. Already in his second preparation with Lauri, this gelding is beautifully balanced with a big strong powerful stride that screams SPEED! He has a great presence about him along with a BIG WALKING ACTION.

About This 2 Year Old

Sadly, the Skyline Stakes winner Hinchinbrook is no longer with us but what a great job he did during his short time at stud - siring 309 winners with an excellent strike rate of 67.2%. 21 of his progeny are stakes winners including the Gr.1 gallopers Beat The Clock, Seabrook, Spright and Press Statement who is now also doing a good job at stud.

This gelding from Hinchinbrook's final crop is out of the unraced mare Mountain Laurel who has high class parents, her sire being the globe-trotting five times Gr.1 winner Starcraft (whose daughters have already produced 14 stakes winners) and the triple Gr.1 winner Private Steer (Doncaster Handicap, All-Aged Stakes, Stradbroke Handicap). Five of Private Steer's six foals to race are winners including the tough stakes placed 12 times winner Second Bullet and the multiple city winners Major Major and Clockwork Orange. As a descendant of the famed matriarch, this fellow is also closely related to the dual Gr.1 winning sprinter/miler All Silent.
