Shared Thoughts on Projects and Media
In an unexpected encounter, I had the pleasant surprise of meeting my friend Kim Kr?is whom I worked with for a number of years when he was leading contracts with Haji Hassan Group before leaving Bahrain beach to Denmark.
During our short meeting we delved into many subjects, and of course projects was one of them. In our short encounter we spoke about the importance of a company media presence and the formulation of a public relations strategy to go side by side with the implementation of projects.
This is now reflected in the widespread interaction on social platforms by many companies, linkedin is the most famous and preferred amongst all others, where companies showcase their achievements on projects, present their company profile, and display their vision of trends in their industries.
Such interaction and display of information indicates how far the companies are connected with their industries, and shows their role in and contribution as part of marketing their services for better market share.
A company doesn’t only get business through competitive tendering, more important than that is the profile and image it creates for itself, and by qualifying itself through repeated successful delivery of projects.
The time went very fast without venturing into more topics, which we usually talk about whenever we meet.

No doubt adequate profiling and effective highlights on the achievements track record is a key critical success factor for business to make a success and grow. I believe the the media platform could very from a country to country or a market to market or a profession to another, and there could be other platforms besides the LinkedIn .
