Shared Thoughts: Colleagues Reveal Their Unique Perspectives

With great pleasure, we present a unique insight into life at BHTC Bulgaria. Our goal is to offer perspectives from our colleagues, shedding light on the company's internal culture, and most notably, the emphasis placed on personal and professional growth.

Today we share thoughts from our conversation with Kiril Tanev, Coordinator of Production Analysis, and Rework.

  • Tell us more about yourself. How many years have you been with the Company and what are your main duties?

?I started in December 2014 in the position of EKB lacquering machine operator, there were only a few production lines then. I become a shift supervisor, and was in that position for about 3.5 years, after which I was given the opportunity to take on the analysis coordinator position.

?My main duties involve coordination, management, and day-to-day support of the technician analysts I am responsible for. My team is involved in analyzing the causes of device failures, possible assembly issues, etc. I actively help when needed so there are no delays in production.

  • ?What do you think unites the people at BHTC?

From the moment I started at BHTC, I see continuous growth and development - the Company has not stopped evolving.

BHTC Bulgaria is ten years old and hardly anyone believed there would be such a change in that period.?In the beginning, we had three production lines, now there are over 25 and an expansion is coming to take on the new projects.

  • ?Our team is a strong team. We support each other, laugh and push through challenges together

For the last eight years, what has strongly united people is, on the one hand, the team we have formed and the results we achieve together at the end of the day. When you do your job well, the satisfaction level for everyone involved is also high. I work with quite a few colleagues with whom we started almost in the same period. Together we had the opportunity to learn and develop.

If a colleague wants to develop and shows that he is motivated to do so, the Company will certainly give him that opportunity.

  • What are the initiatives that you think are good to recall for people who don't know the Company from the inside?

?In the years before Covid-19, the company actively supported various events related to different causes, both sports and environmental.

?In the last year, we took part in planting in Vitosha, before that we restored a sports ground on the territory of Bozhurishte. I really like that the Company is constantly working to upgrade the knowledge and skills of its employees.
