It was Halloween this week, and coincidentally it’s that time of year when we plan ahead for what changes we want to make in the New Year. Change can be particularly scary for businesses when the future is unpredictable or uncertain. Fortunately, shared services is very good at preparing for the future and weathering whatever it may hold.?

While we overload on candy, I want to share a few key resources, events and webinars for those unafraid of what change means for shared services.?

RPA
