Interesting read. Thanks Sally Fletcher . Would be good to see more emphasis placed on other GBS Shared Services Functions in 2025. Not just Finance -who I appreciate have the biggest spend budget and are very focused on cost management. How about some case studies or features on Shared Services Functions such as Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Real Estate, Customer Services and also general across the board topics such as Operational Excellence / Process Improvement , Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Metrics and Measurement, Stakeholder Engagement .???
