Share Your Why! (Your Tuesday Challenge!)

Anyone who knows me knows that I bang on about vision, mission and values, and the importance of communicating why you do what you do.

Businesses that have a stronger link to their WHY are often better performing, have greater levels of staff harmony and engagement, and deliver a better result for the clients or customers they serve.

We often know why we do what we do, but how often do we really tell other people about our why? I feel that we regularly talk about our products and services because that is what we are comfortable with, but we discuss or talk about our why less often and less publicly as it can often be personal and require us to be vulnerable with those listening.

So my Tuesday challenge for you is to share. Find a reason to tell someone why you do what you do - don't hold back, be detailed, be vulnerable and watch for the result...you may well be pleasantly surprised!
