Share the Fun!

What is it?

Fun is a common thread for everyone visiting Fifth Third Field, Huntington Center, and Hensville and we will never lose sight of having fun in our individual roles and the positive effects it has on our fans.

How do we practice it?

1.????? We take time to have fun with our teams and as a company, and we recognize people's efforts for making this a fun place to work.

2.????? We can join the “Fun” Committee!

3.????? If we aren't having fun, we talk about it with our teammates and our leaders.? We come up with solutions.

4.????? For every concern we raise we include a fun suggestion to address it.

5.????? Fun shouldn't be complex, so we keep it simple.

6.????? We take moments to lean into the fun and laugh with each other.

Where does it impact performance?

Fan feedback, online reviews, and social media. In the moment, everyday. We see every moment as a moment to enjoy.

What's our performance goal?

Our fans rate the Ultimate Fan Experience as exceptional, or a 10 out of 10.? Our teammates rate our workplace as “fun” as close to 100% of the time as possible.?

Examples:

When we see a fan with camera, we volunteer to take the photo.

We volunteer to help distribute give-away items at the entrance, playfully and joyfully interacting with children.

Our team members wear outfits that reflect the theme night: Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, etc.

We fist-bump random fans.

We smile and thank fans for coming.
