  • A shipbuilding order was placed in China for the world’s first ammonia-powered containership, Yara Eyde. Read more

  • The world's first battery-powered autonomous double-ended ferries were ordered by Fjord1 in Türkiye. Read more
  • Several major shipbuilding projects based on green methanol ship propulsion were revealed by Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Euronav, Danaos, Unifeeder, and NYK Stolt Tankers.
  • Samsung Heavy Industries landed a massive $3.4B order for 15 LNG carriers. The shipowner behind the order is believed to be Qatar’s LNG heavyweight QatarEnergy. Read more

  • W?rtsil? Gas Solutions introduced a ‘groundbreaking’ ammonia fuel supply system (AFSS) for ships able to operate with ammonia fuel. Read more
