Meet Our Leadership Team
The visionary behind Jigyaasa International Preschool & Daycare, Shraddha Bhat brings an inspiring blend of passion, perseverance, and leadership. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science and over a decade of experience in the education industry, Shraddha’s journey is as diverse as it is impressive. Not only has she been a key figure in managing the esteemed Shivneri School & Junior College, but she is also an international Taekwondo athlete, honored with the prestigious Chhatrapati Award.
Shraddha’s dream was to create an environment where children could learn through play, curiosity, and creativity. This dream became a reality with Jigyaasa, where she fosters an atmosphere of holistic development for young minds. Her leadership and dedication to shaping the next generation have made Jigyaasa a place where learning is not confined to textbooks but expands through experience and exploration.
Shilpa Biswas, our Center Director at Jigyaasa International Preschool, Wakad Branch, has been a driving force behind the growth of this vibrant center. With over 15 years of experience in the education sector and a postgraduate degree in School Leadership and Management, Shilpa’s leadership ensures the best possible learning experience for children.
Having started her journey at Jigyaasa in 2019 as a Public Relations Officer, her rise to Centre Director is a testament to her dedication and expertise. Under her guidance, the Wakad branch has flourished, providing a safe and stimulating environment for early learners.
We are thrilled to introduce Sangeeta Malik, the new Centre Head of our Baner branch. With an impressive 16 years of experience in the education sector and qualifications that include a BSc, BEd, and an MBA, Sangeeta brings unparalleled leadership to Jigyaasa. Her commitment to fostering holistic development aligns with Jigyaasa’s mission of nurturing every child’s curiosity and creativity. Under her leadership, we are confident the Baner branch will continue to thrive.

With over 10 years of experience in management, Rekha Arya is an essential part of the Jigyaasa team. As the Public Relations Officer for our Wakad branch, Rekha’s role involves fostering relationships with parents, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that Jigyaasa’s vision is communicated clearly. Her expertise and dynamic leadership play a key role in the ongoing success of the preschool.
Ritul Jain, our PRO at Jigyaasa’s Baner Branch, is an expert in building strong connections between our preschool and its community. With an MBA and a passion for public relations, she ensures that parents, partners, and the community are engaged and informed. Ritul’s efforts help create a welcoming and transparent environment at Jigyaasa, where parents feel involved and children thrive.

Smita Patil has been a cornerstone of Jigyaasa since its founding in 2019. As the Teacher Head, Smita has risen through the ranks from a Playgroup Teacher, bringing with her an incredible depth of knowledge and care. With a BSc, BEd, and ECCEd certification, Smita’s expertise in early childhood education ensures that our young learners receive the guidance and support they need to grow.
