I understand where you're coming from Mike. However, I cannot but think this is all self-inflicted and the inevitable result of Big Ag and Big multinationals destroying family farms and local mom and pop gro very stores plus farmers markets. It's time to think through this large scale mass production model which is far more destructive than the spreadsheet numbers and shareholder returns. Apologies for the long-winded response but the industry I come from originally, the Specialty Coffee Industry, is a grand example of this multinational devastation on natural production and marketing.
