In today's competitive job market, early career preparation is crucial. On 12th June 2024 was conducted for second-year Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering (Additive Manufacturing) students, focusing on three essential components: mock interviews, resume corrections, and career guidance.

Mock interviews serve as a practical training ground for students, simulating real-life job interview scenarios. In this Ms.Sakthi & Mr.Vignesh of B Spine , conducted one-on-one mock interviews with students. Each interview was designed to mimic the pressures and expectations of actual job interviews, providing students with a realistic experience. The feedback from these sessions was invaluable, helping students understand their strengths and identify areas for improvement. This hands-on practice not only boosted their confidence but also honed their communication and interpersonal skills, making them better prepared for future opportunities.

A well-crafted resume is a ticket to landing job interviews. During the , resume was reviewed and provided personalized feedback on each student's resume.
