Every December I go through an annual marketing review and planning process for my business.
It's what I'm doing right now to plan the marketing, sales, & product development calendar for 2023.
See: I've learned one too many times over the past 20+ years as an entrepreneur... marketing chops only take you so far.
You need a clear "marketing & scaling plan" to experience consistent, reliable business growth.
A "master marketing and sales blueprint" for the year, if you will.
That's what I use my "Entrepreneurial Planning Process" to lay-out every year.
And it's been a source of extreme clarity and direction for me, my team (and the clients I've shared it with).
As part of my process, I also go thru a "marketing analysis", "offer analysis", and "traffic analysis" to see what's worked well, what hasn't, and what I need to change next year.
(Something I highly encourage you to do as well.)
Then I go into the actual planning:
Front-end offers
Backend offers
The marketing calendar
Traffic sources
Metaverse opportunities
All stuff you should be looking at and making decisions about as well.
Not an easy task. I get it.
In fact, it took me years to dial-in my planning process.

I would encourage you to just swipe my process.
It will take you a few hours. So it's not some 5-minute process.
But, I have no doubt, it can give you too the clarity and direction you need to scale your business in 2023.
