Your participation is crucial to my success. In actuality, I win by helping you win. Together, we can build a powerful network of women who support and elevate each other in their professional journeys. One of the many projects I am rolling out to engage collaboratively with LinkedIn’s women in biz community to bring attention to the 2024 One Million Woman Link Up is Project 100 Women Partner.

It’s a large scale collaborative publicity project that will bring together 100 women from each US region and select countries to engage in mass interviews in real time as part of a LinkedIn Audio Event series during Women's Small Business Month (Oct.).?Events will take place throughout the month. We will engage in speed partnering Oct. 30th and the 31st to close out the month. Tell your business besties so they can represent their state.

Reviving the Spirit of Connection

Back in the days of listservs and bulletin boards, I used to host a virtual event that allowed women to talk about their businesses in a nonsalesy way but still attract clients and partners. They shared their mission, top 3 products and services, educated other women could to use them to their advantage, shared who their ideal clients and partners were, told us what differentiated their business from their competitors, and even asked for help to solve a business problem.?

Reimagining Success for Today

It was wildly successful. The downside was that it generated an astronomical amount of emails but was a lot of fun and put me on the map as a connector. I am going to translate the concept to an interview session that LinkeedIn’s women in biz community can view in real time to spark collaborative marketing relationships among them.

How It Works:

• Ambassadors: 10 women from each US state and beyond will serve as Project 100 Women Partner ambassadors, also known as collaborative marketing partners.
• Invitations: Each ambassador will invite 10 female connections—clients, potential clients, and collaboration prospects—to participate.
• Interviewees: Businesswomen seeking collaborative marketing partners will be interviewed, helping to connect complementary projects.

This approach creates a win-win for everyone involved. Ambassadors will be recognized as valuable resources and central figures within their networks. Interviewees will be able to promote their projects.
