“This Too Shall Pass.”
That’s it.
Four words.
But they changed everything for me.
They made me realize that nothing in life is permanent.
-Everything has a cause and an effect.
This means that we should not get too attached to anything in life.
We should not let our possessions, achievements, relationships, or identities define us or limit us.
And we should not fear anything in life.
We should face our challenges, our problems, our mistakes, and our losses with courage, resilience, and optimism. We should learn from them, grow, overcome, and move on from them.
And we should trust the process of life.
We should believe that everything happens for a reason, even if we don’t understand it now. We should believe everything will work out for the best, even if we don’t see it immediately. We should believe that everything is part of a bigger plan, even if we don’t know what it is.
This Too Shall Pass is a powerful mantra that can help us cope with any change or challenge in life.
It can help us transform our perspective, mood, and well-being.
It can help us live more fully, freely, and happily.
