Yesterday was the shortest day.


The light is now returning.


Yet we must have patience.


The light won’t return all at once.


We have to take it day by day.


Which is really a metaphor for life.


Dark times will come but they will also make way for the good times.


We look forward to the light because we have experienced the dark.


We appreciate joy, because we have known sorrow.


So however this newsletter finds you today, know that it will pass.


Be in the moment.


It really is all there is.
