Each of these examples requires a fundamental re-evaluation of who does what, when, and how, moving away from rigid task delineation to dynamic, AI-enhanced collaboration.

Reimagining care workflows also demands a human-centric approach. AI should complement rather than replace healthcare professionals, enabling them to focus on what they do best—building relationships with patients, exercising clinical judgment, and delivering empathetic care.
