Hey #NormShakers,
We live in a world of constant change and innovation. New information emerges daily, and the pressure to keep up can feel overwhelming. But what if we could transform our approach from feeling threatened by change to embracing it with curiosity? Today, let's shake up the norm by cultivating a lifelong love of learning and fostering a growth mindset in a dynamic world. By viewing learning as a journey, not a destination, we can stay adaptable, engaged, and equipped to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of knowledge.

Feeling overwhelmed by the vast amount of information available can lead to comparison and a sense of inadequacy. We compare ourselves to others who seemingly have it all figured out, hindering our own learning journey.
Example: You scroll through social media, bombarded by individuals showcasing their expertise on various topics. This comparison fuels feelings of inadequacy and discourages you from exploring new areas of knowledge for fear of falling short.

7 个月Great insights, Federico. My favorite point is around curiosity. I used to be so afraid to try new things (due to fear of failure, possibility of embarrassment/humiliation, etc.). I shifted my mindset over time from fear to curiosity. Now, I like to try new things and often "volunteer to be the guinea pig" because I'm curious about what will happen, and I also believe that I am capable of handling whatever comes up. Thanks again for these quick, digestible and actionable insights!
