Shadows ??

A shadow disappears when you shed light on it.

And, we all have a shadow...

Depending on how the light hits us, it appears.

Boom, voila, there it is.

Well, it's the same with your career...

Imagine that the shadow represents your fears in your career.

Fear of not being good enough?

Fear of rejection?

Fear of judgement?

Fear of being found out as an imposter

etc

And here's what most of us do...

...We try to run away from it...

...Deny its existence...

...Or, we give in to it and believe the shadow IS the real you...

But whatever we do, it doesn't stop following us.

Well, somewhere, it's logical. Ever try to run away from your real shadow?

Doesn't work, does it :)

Same with your fears.

They'll stay with you in some shape or form.

So what can you do?

Well, the same you do with your real shadow.

You shed light on it.

And by doing so, you'll take away its power.

Here's s the process:

1) Being aware when it shows up?

2 ) Acknowledging it?

3) Taking away its power by shifting it to a more empowering and desired state.

Simple, yet not easy.

It'll make you very uncomfortable because our ego wants us to stay in our victim circle.

And, it's not something you do once either.

Just like your shadow, it stays with you. And it will pop up again and again.

I see this most happen when people go to the next level in their careers.

When they stretch themselves, all their old insecurities (they thought they'd dealt with), emerge again.

But I can guarantee you.

Once you embody the strategy and know your shadow(s), you'll get quicker at taking away its power and shifting to a more empowered state...

And this, my friend, is how you move forward.

This is how you overcome your stuckness.

Your limiting beliefs

This is how you break patterns that block you.

So, let's rise and step out of the shadows into the light.
