Shabbat Shalom from the Board of Trustees
Park Avenue Synagogue
Park Avenue Synagogue seeks to inspire, educate, and support our membership towards living passion-filled Jewish lives.
As we approach Shabbat and Yom Kippur, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, we wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and sweet new year, and an easy and meaningful fast.
This past year has been an extremely difficult one for our family and friends in Israel, for world Jewry, and for our PAS community. With the incredible leadership and vision of our clergy, we have come together as only PAS can – our pews are full on Shabbat and holidays, our classes and programs are well attended, our schools are fully enrolled, and we are traveling to Israel to show our support and solidarity.
Mazal tov to our clergy, educators, administrative staff, and lay leaders who make the High Holidays, and every day at PAS, meaningful, accessible, and enjoyable. And todah rabbah to you, our members and friends, for making PAS such a vibrant and special community. As we said in May at our annual gala, “we are stronger together.”
Shanah tovah u'metukah and g’mar hatimah tovah – may you and your family be sealed in the Book of Life.
