Is there any evidence to support the theory that our universe is a simulation? How can we determine if our reality is real or simulated?

No. There is no evidence for that. If it were, you wouldn’t know if reality is real or not unless that is part of your code. For example, ChatGPT knows he is an LLM… He knows even the interface. If you tell him that the interface is not rendering equations properly, he will pay attention and write the latex corresponding to the equations better.

ChatGPT knows his limitations - he cannot read the internet directly, he cannot create plots by himself - ChatGPT uses Matplotlib (Python) to create plots… etc

So, unless you are programmed to know what you are, you will not know.

Is it worth to worry your pretty head with such problems?

The answer is no. It is equivalent to debating the sex of angels… It is irrelevant since there isn’t and there will never be any observation of angels.

If you don’t have a life or any intellectual pursuits, you can waste your life in whatever pursuit you might have. That is your choice.
