The small rotating jets of the Rotopuls?16 ensure optimal cleaning performance in pipes with bends of 25?mm and up, at just 9?L/min and 100?bar (2.4?gpm, 1450?psi).

All-in-One UC nozzle for manual and automatic cleaning of heat exchangers

Do you clean heat exchangers or heavily clogged pipes? Whether your process is manual or automatic, our UC nozzles (US) are the perfect all-in-one solution. Thanks to their innovative cross-jet technology, material is cut out with precision (unplugging), as if by a cutter. In the same operation, two 90° radial jets clean the pipe thoroughly (polishing). This feature combines nicely with the thrust jets for all-around cleaning (universal cleaning). These nozzles have a variety connections (US) and are rated for up to 3000?bar (US).

Note: Our UC nozzles with thrust jets are outstanding for manual and automatic cleaning. We recommend a robot-assisted cleaning process if operating without thrust jets.
