Dear business friends and partners of SEViX GmbH,

we are looking back on an eventful, difficult year.

Between Christmas and the New Year, we like to let our thoughts wander, which events and influences came unexpectedly and thus accelerated the achievement of the goal or made it more distant. For some of us, new evaluations also arise: "What is important and what is less important for success! Or - Is there an entrepreneurial recipe for success?" Years ago, the successful entrepreneur Nicolas Hayek gave the following answer to the SZ:

"Three things are important.

1. You have to keep the imagination of a six-year-old who believes in the impossible (but bold, good, usable ideas and not castles in the air and houses of cards that collapse at the first economic "wind"). An entrepreneur must do the same.
2. Secondly, one must not take society so seriously. I have always remained a rebel.
3. The third is: you must not give in to the pressures that society exerts, but do what you think is right."

The coming period will again bring new challenges, because we all know, despite a growing confidence, that the economic, geopolitical and sometimes personal environment will not be easier in the coming months.
