Seven Year itch.... Not me!!!

This month I am celebrating my 7th work anniversary with?eSift. I am feeling extremely proud of this?#workmilestone and I most certainly do not have the 7 year itch!

Having moved across the country, to a whole new town to start a brand new career, I can still clearly remember the call from Geraldine offering me the role and my first day at eSift! Lauren immediately took me under her wing and taught me everything I needed to know.

Throughout these years eSift has changed a lot, grown a lot and most importantly I have continued to grow not just in my career but as a person. Going from zero recruitment experience and being scared to make my first phone call to leading the EMEA Resourcing Team for RS Components, I can’t believe how far I have come. This in particular was a massive highlight for me, helping with RS’s direct sourcing in order to enhance their talent attraction, retention, talent pipeline, and reducing the time to hire and reliance on agencies.

I have been lucky to work with some incredible clients over the years including Sony, G4S, Checkit, Access Self Storage, Scope, Alliance Healthcare, McLaren Automotive, RS Components and many more…

I am truly happy that I am a part of this great company and to be able to work with such amazing people every day!
