Seven Tips To Save Time And Reach Your Goals Faster
Note: This is not your usual "Wake up at 5 am" kind of advice!
Here we go:
1. Focus on the Now.
In our minds, we hold multiple items that bother us at the same time. In reality, there is just one thing in front of us at any given moment.
So pay attention to the present moment. Identify your next one, two, or three priorities and write them down. This alone will make you ten times more productive today.

2. Have Fun Being Bored.
We all hate boredom and reach for our phones to marinate in the free dopamine shots available through Tiktok/Reels/Tinder/Whatever.
But surprisingly, boredom is crucial and essential for the mind. It is the starting point of insights, when the mud settles down in the water and things get clearer.
Don’t cancel out boredom by engaging your brain. Revel in it for a while, being with the emptiness, the zero state of being where you are doing nothing.
This clarity of thought will diminish confusion, procrastination, and inertia, saving you lots of time.

3. Design your Vision And Check-In Daily.
What you want to do in your life, what your dreams are, is not going to be written in the sky. It’s your own notion. You need to design your vision and check in with it daily.
When you use your imagination and self-design your world in your mind, it’s nourishment for your soul. A daily practise of revisiting what your core vision is won’t let you squander your day watching mindless and soul-emptying crime series on Netflix, saving you plenty of time.

4. Reclaim Your Mind.
It's insane how much time we waste on stuff that is irrelevant in a few hours or days.
We are continuously bombarded with lies, trivia, and things to worry about, as if it’s the end of the world. Problems that aren’t even problems coax us to find solutions sold by the media and marketers. Stop the shit from living in your mind rent-free. Declutter the mess and be intentional about what you put in your mind. Don’t let them win.
5. Eat to live rather than to die.
Most of the stuff we eat, like oils, sugar, gluten(found in most grains), carbs, and even salt, isn’t good for us on a regular basis. Apart from the obvious health issues, eating such ‘foods’(many of which can be declassifed from the food category) takes its toll on our energy levels and hampers our productivity. A foggy mind and a lethargic body isn’t going to take you towards your goals. Repair your nutritional intake by changing your diet and watch how your body springs into action, allowing you to get more done in a day. An apple provides three times the energy kick you get from coffee, without the side-effects.
Try this: Just have organic fruits, green vegetables, nuts, berries, and coconut water for a few days and feel the difference.

6. Finish Your Work
Being accountable to yourself is an awesome trait. But what if we are not able to complete what we intend to do on a daily basis, even after committing to ourselves? We take the help of our circle of friends. We can announce it on social media or ask a friend to be a mentor or coach to help us achieve our goal. They can check in on us to find out if we are awake and in the gym, or if we have completed a certain daily commitment.
Completing your work on time is a great way to stay productive and can fast-track your growth by 10x.
7. Take Bold Steps.
Instead of living on the back foot with insecurity and doubt, it’s better to be assertive and gutsy, no matter how stupid it sounds. Whining and complaining will only waste precious time and make you unlikable to your family members. Put your spirits up and have some boldness in your actions. You will be surprised at the impactful results.
