So many available tools / co-pilots in the market which companies can choose to just adopt. And the technology is also fast changing, how do we explicitly address that within this framework? Possible a team builds a prototype for a use case and then after a while a more mature offerings comes in the market. What are the trade-offs between building now vs waiting to buy.?
