You have a brand. It impacts how people think about you.
What they talk about when you aren't in a room and the opportunities that you receive throughout your career.
If you aren't aware of your brand, other people still are. In order to figure out who you are to the world (specifically strangers)?try out the following:
-
1) Search for your name online (add in city if nothing shows up).
-
2) Review your LinkedIn analytics for "Job titles you were found for" or count the most prominent keywords on your profile (you can also copy paste your profile in ChatGPT and ask for the most common keywords).
-
3) Ask ChatGPT "who is [Insert Name]" and any other relevant details.
-
4) Read your headline on LinkedIn (that's how all people you connect with and message see who you are).
-
5) Review what people tend to contact you for professionally and personally (trend the most often asked and discussed topics).
-
6) Ask your friends to share with you: 1) three professional strengths 2) what you could do even better, and 3) unique qualities/quirks you have.
