Great Milestone !!

Seven Seas is a major project encompassing 61000 square meters with built area of around 58000 square meters.The project includes a new Seven Seas Headquarters, Rove hotel, Shell retail, fuel station, Mosque, F&B Building and two new office buildings. It’s is part of Seven Seas Master Plan with full package with consultant - Ibrahim Jaidah .Seven Seas Group Head Quarter is phase 1 Of the Master PlanThe project represents a collective effort of bringing other developers and investors to the area as it has all characteristics of an excellent location one might invest in.

The great potential of site is linked to its location in close proximity to Muscat International Airport, Royal Oman Police, Oman Tourism College, and many more government and touristic attractions.The design philosophy encompasses an interaction between Oman’s past, present and future. While the design of some buildings is cherishing nation’s history, others include segments which are celebrating the modern times.
