6 年Implementation of MRO/CAMO management software is just the first step in business digitization. Any company will experience the bottleneck in the record keeping system if its paper based archive. But nevertheless outsourcing the scanning to externals usually didn't bring enough benefits for the company due to unclear file naming and all these issues discussed here. Because of that MRO/CAMO software must be supported by relevant CMS system, to provide to technical records personnel easy and clear access to the data without digging in to terrible folders and files structures.
