Seven Practices That Will Reduce Your Life By Several Years.

Did you know that you were meant to live a longer life and that certain practices and conditions of your body can reduce your lifespan by several years? A wide range of studies show that you are likely to die earlier than you had hoped to live if you engage in a number of harm-producing practices or allow certain conditions for your body.

Just take note of some of the practices and conditions that are likely to send you to an early death:

1. SLIGHT OBESITY will reduce your lifespan by 3 years.

2. TYPICAL OBESITY will reduce your lifespan by 6 years.

3. CIGARETTE SMOKING will reduce your lifespan by 10 years.

4. CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM will reduce your lifespan by 12 years.

5. HEROIN ADDICTION will reduce your lifespan by 18 years.

6. HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR will reduce your lifespan by 20 years.

7. SELF-INDUCED SUICIDE will reduce your lifespan by 28 years.

Kindly note that many factors interact to produce these averages. Active homosexuals are, for instance, much more likely to have drug and alcohol problems than the general population, in addition to having a greater exposure to sexually transmitted diseases as a result of promiscuity.

Also note that these practices instigate a wide range of complications in the body which eventually show as serious ailments that in most cases lead to an early death. The most common problems experienced by individuals who engage in these practices or allow those conditions for their body include diabetes, cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, sexually transmitted diseases, kidney failure and cardiovascular complications.
