Welcome to this week's edition.?

I hope that you are well, I wanted to share some information with you that may be useful the next time your wonder what question you could ask in an interview.?

As you approach the end of the interview, the interviewer may ask, do you have any questions, you may not have any, and you stumble and quickly try to think on your feet and sometimes ask a question like, how long is the training. This is so difficult for them to answer as it depends on your speed and ability to learn, so I have added a list of questions you could use if you like.?

Seven great questions to ask your next interviewer?????

1. What would your expectations be of me for my first 3 months in post ?
2. What do you like about your role ?
3. Why are you hiring for this role ?
4. How would you describe the company culture ?
5. What is your biggest frustration with working here ?
6. Do you have any concerns about my ability to do this role and have I said anything today that would prevent you from offering me the job ?
7. What is going to be the biggest challenge for me to succeed in this role ?
