The Seven Changes That Increased My Business Sales by 40% and tips so you can do it too

I've had a lot of changes in my business model over the past few years and It's improved so much!

Being a Twitter (X) expert is great but I realized the potential to leverage the same strategies on multiple platforms particularly LinkedIn.

I've always added value, shared my knowledge and helped others anyway so what did I do to bring about such a huge change? Here in this newsletter I share what I did so you can try it too!

Sometimes improvement can come organically by a simple tweak here or there. Sometimes it means investing more time into your marketing or networking.

Here are some changes I made that have improved my sales by 40%

1. I started owning my expertise and leadership. People used to tell me I was great at what I do but a part of me still felt a bit like an imposter and not as good as everyone else. Last year I had a conversation with a client who told me she was expecting my fee to be much bigger and that the value I gave her was definitely worth the higher fee she was expecting to pay. So when others started saying similar I knew it was time to actually own it and be proud of it. So this mindset shift was definitely a huge change for me. I have been consistently sharing my knowledge and adding value which results in messages from people wanting to know more. I also decided to raise my prices slightly.
2. I achieved wonderful outcomes for my clients that, while initially seeming modest to me, were received as exceptional and highly valuable by them. So I was experiencing increased loyalty from our clients.
3. I started investing in myself more and joining networking groups, events and meeting new people. I attended events where no one had heard of me or knew anything about the brand 'Tweetinggoddess' as they weren't on Twitter (X). I attended conferences which had nothing to do with social media. e.g. Finance events, Manufacturing events.
4. I started using LinkedIn more and I offer valuable guidance on practices that might seem basic to me but are, in fact, innovative and enlightening to others.
5. I started learning more new skills such as creating sales pages, LinkedIn audio, lead magnets, video tricks etc
6. I also have the honour of being a brand ambassador for Virgin Media Business which gives me an opportunity to source experts for our webinars and events and it showed my other skillsets to a new audience.
