We have always been looking at real innovations – something that is new and demanding or may be demanded in the future.

We have always been international – started in Finland in 2003 and then continued in Estonia since 2010 having shareholders and business partners of various nationalities.

We have always thought that nothing is impossible and were not afraid of existing competition believing that real high-tech always has a chance to win.

In 2009 we introduced our first technology related to sound quality evaluation. It is based on work of four different scientists that devoted years of research to figure out audio frequency bands critical for human perception. We joined their research in our first product – AQuA, Audio Quality Analyzer. It took about six months without any side support to have first inquiries coming and within next six months we obtained the first customer. 

Our market study showed that there is only one technology that we compete with and it is presented only by single international entity. At that point we had to decide whether we are ready to try competing with an organization that big or have to back off. And if we decide to compete how will we build confidence for our prospects and customers? We decided to go further and prove our technology competitiveness by the fact of growing customer base. Understanding of doing things right came when we got first big client that built an automated call quality monitoring system based on our technology despite the fact of having the standard ones.

In 2015 we finalized and introduce a new technology that is even now unique on the market and gives ability to discover a lot of facts about call quality, issues and reasons for user quality of experience loss by comprehensive waveform analysis of real call speech signals.

If every mobile operator in the World were monitoring call quality using this technology discovering quality impairments patterns, analyzing stored analysis statistics and performing proactive maintenance and smart routing, overall quality in mobile communications would have significantly increased. Besides quality of experience and quality of service improvements there are immediate benefits to gain in daily operations such as:

  • Transit network call quality analysis to select optimal transit service provider
  • Comparing quality of experience (QoE) between operators
  • Testing and monitoring geographical availability
  • Prevent churn

Talking about nowadays we are still small, but doing our best to grow. We are still international, still working on new technologies to offer the markets and ready to competition.
