Setup Your Social Media Inbox To Monitor The Notifications On Your Mobile

Businesses work so much on mobiles these days. So really, you shouldn’t miss urgent matters whether it’s a phone call, SMS, emails and notifications from your social media channels. Your mobile is your all time buddy. Through mobile, you can have access to everything that your business demands, whether you are out for lunch, on the road, even when you’re shopping! The question now is, do you get all the notifications from your social channels in real time? If not, well you have to start setting up your social media inbox to monitor the notifications on your mobile so you’re always updated with what’s happening with your business even when you’re out of the office. Here’s how:

1.Download The Official Social Media Apps -  choose what Social Media app is most important to you.

2.Set-up Your Prefered General Apps Notifications - turn on the “allow notifications” first then your choice goes if you’d like it with sounds and where you want your notifications to show up, say in the notification centre (which is good so you see it right away without the need of opening that specific social media app). Some settings can also give you detailed messages depending on how you set it up to suit you.

3. Configure Your Specific Social Media Apps Notifications - Aside from your mobile’s General Social Media  Apps, you can also set notifications up within each of the Social Media apps. For example on Twitter, you may turn off notifications for new followers if that’s something you don’t need to come up on your mobile. Or if you are in a certain Facebook group which is not too important or where you’re no longer active, you can just turn off Facebook’s notifications from that group within that social media channel.
