Dear Leader,
Setting Intentions?
I know that most days you have a very busy schedule at work. At the end of the day you are unsure of the key things that you have accomplished.
I am sure you may have heard of ‘to do’ & ‘to be’ lists. You probably write them and barely get through the list in any given day/ week/ month. I had this same problem a while back until I found a practical solution for it. I learnt it from a leader I worked with, who also happened to be my coach at the time.?This has helped me get through my 'to do' and 'to be' lists. At the end of the day I am able to identify the 3 key things I have accomplished that will help me achieve my goals.
