We've all been there—caught up in the whirlwind of life, setting goals that seem like the next logical step or what everyone else is chasing. But let me ask you this: Are those goals truly yours? Do they resonate with your core ambitions??
Today, I want to dive deep into a topic that's not just about setting goals but setting the RIGHT goals—the kind that align with your true desires and propel you toward success.
1. Owning the goal:
You see, setting goals is an art, and it starts with owning your goal. It's about distinguishing between what you genuinely want and what you've been influenced to pursue. You're sculpting your dream life, chiseling away the excess until you reveal the masterpiece that is uniquely YOU.
Consider this scenario: You may be passionate about fitness, but does that mean you should stick to just one kind of workout? Maybe not! Variety could be your spice of life.?
2. Clarity:
Once you've identified your true aspirations, it's time for clarity. How often do you find yourself unsure of the specifics? True success lies in being absolutely clear about what you want, how you want it, when, where, and most importantly, how it will feel when you achieve it. Clarity is the roadmap to your dreams, guiding each step with precision.
3. Challenging yourself:
I don't want you to stop there. Goals are meant to push you, to challenge your limits. Are you setting goals that stretch you out of your comfort zone? Challenge yourself to reach new heights, to embrace the discomfort that leads to growth.?
4. Doing State:
Now, as you embark on your journey, I want you to consider your emotional state. Every day, when you work toward your goals, are you doing it with a heavy heart, feeling burdened, or are you filled with the joy and anticipation of what's to come? Your state matters. It can be the wind beneath your wings or the anchor that holds you down.

5. Measure:
Implementing consistent check-ins is just as important. Much like the regular practice of stocking up groceries, do you check in on your goals? Are you staying on course, or have distractions crept in? Checking in on your goals keeps you focused and ensures you're heading in the right direction.
6. Division:
Now, let's tackle that overwhelming feeling. I want you to think of goals as puzzles; instead of staring at the whole picture, break them down into smaller, manageable pieces. This way, you can divide and conquer without feeling overwhelmed.
7. Appreciation:
Last but certainly not least, as you progress, remember to celebrate every small win. Each step forward is a milestone on your journey. By appreciating your achievements, you are reinforcing your motivation and paving the way for even greater success.
