Setting Targets, Play Bigger
We've all heard the quote that the definition of insanity is doing the 'same thing' over and over again, but expecting a different result.
As we come into 2021, now is the perfect time to create the space to breathe, review 2020, and set new targets for 2021.

What do I mean by set new targets?
When you started 2020 (remember the state of mind you were in 1 year ago?), you had goals.
When you set those goals, you created written, and sometimes assumed, targets that you had to hit to accomplish those goals.
As an example, you may have set a goal for your direct sales business to do over a million dollars a month in sales, and set a target of recruiting 5,000 active representatives to make the goal a reality.
As we enter 2021, it's time to REVIEW your targets.
By definition, targets at the practical 'tasks' you plan to engage in and accomplish to be a road map that naturally accomplishes your goals.
How did your targets work out last year? Did your targets accomplish your goal? Or did you underestimate the amount of 'activity' required to get your goal?
Only once you are self-aware, working off of your own real data, can you reset your targets and set yourself up to WIN in 2021.
