Setting KPI for Training Department
Now we come to the stage of setting KPI for the training department.

What are he things that the training department can do to help the company achieve her aims?
- They need to train a certain number of people ( say target 1,000 trainees)
- They need to be efficient. The trainees per class at least 10 numbers/class
- They need to build online learning such that even when users did not join training, they can still learn online. target 12 online learning titles
- The preparation of training class is very efficient. The standard packages like presentation material, demo are already prepared. Target 10 standard modules.
- The customer is satisfied with the training. Customer satisfaction > 80%.
- The coaching is done professionally. Target 240 coachings.
- Trainers to go to training as per TnA.
