It's Ede. I am the creative director at Coast to Coast Creative. We are your media department. This topic is something that I've been practicing for awhile, and it was actually introduced to me by a really good friend of mine, Eddie Oberoi. And he does this thing where he sends an email every single morning and every single night, which has his intentions pretty much for the day, his goals affirmations. I didn't really understand that in the beginning. I've been trying to get a lot more consistent at doing it. It feels great when I do it, so I made a commitment to do it also. And really what it is doing for me is it's allowing me to check in with myself first thing in the morning, where I am with my goals, how I want to feel throughout the day, what I want to attract to me, and how I envision my day to go. So, this whole practice was actually inspired by the miracle morning routine, and I have the link to the audible, so you'll definitely want to check it out if you want to transform.
