I have found that intentions are everything.
If your intention is to start living a healthier life, you've likely taken actions and implemented behaviors that align with better nutrition, more movement and more self-care.
If your intention is to scale your business to 7-figures, you've likely taken the action of hiring a business coach, enrolled in a course, or done a deep dive with your accountant.
But if your intention is better content, where do you start?
Some would say: start with the customer.
Some would say: invest in a new website.
Some would say: jump on that viral trend bandwagon.
I believe, with my whole heart, the best content is authentic content. Intentional content.
If my intention is for you to get to know me, what I do, how I move through the world –?this style of content creation doesn't fit the popular BrandStory formula.
My intention is to grow my business in a way that's sustainable for me, and only attracts the exact kind of person I want to reach –?so it's not about rapid scaling, it's about more connected offerings to the right people.
It's about growing the big three: KNOW, LIKE and TRUST.
So what is your intention with your content? With your life? With your time?
That's where my work lives. It lives at the intersection of those places.

Because content isn't just:
- your website
- your LinkedIn post
- your Instagram reel
- your YouTube channel
It's:
? your flow from one message to the next
? the stories your photos tell and the feelings they invoke
??the way you communicate over text and email
? the stories and referrals from those you've worked with or inspired
? your personality and experiences, and how you share those with the world
It's everything you are. So stop winging it. Start getting intentional. I promise it's not as scary as it sounds –?it actually gives you permission to stop doing ALL THAT OTHER 'ISH' THAT'S NOT MEANT FOR YOU and step into your power.
