Being 25 years strong, we’ve found in our experience that fortune favours those that grab opportunities for growth and fresh learning at every turn. Because of this, we believe that adapting and growing to fulfil the evolving needs of our guests, and filling in gaps we find along the way, truly sets us apart as a brand. We do this by striking a fine balance between our passion, and the inspiration we derive from you - our guests.

Our overarching brand philosophy opens us up to changes, challenges, and exciting opportunities. It also helps us mould?our brand of service to meet the needs of our guests, and to move beyond mere customer satisfaction, to our true goal - guest delight!

We love experimenting and discovering ways to reinvent ourselves. The excitement that comes from exploring avenues keeps us pumped to start everyday with innovative ideas. One such GReaT idea that we are most proud of is our extensive selection of concept restaurants peppered across our locations in South India that allow us to pay homage to global cultures and create unique experiences for our beloved guests.

In fact, it is this drive for ideation that has helped us to remain strong in the face of adversity time and time again! The unique circumstances posed by the global crisis, also created the perfect opportunity for growth. It offered a catalyst for innovation and evolution. Concepts such as Cloud Kitchens by GRT, our GReaT Foodie initiative, and the I-Care standards we follow helped us grow through the pandemic and deepened our guests’ faith in us as a brand.

We have always prided ourselves on our ability to anticipate changing trends in the industry to make the most of our strengths and fine tune our weaknesses. We believe that to make a truly lasting impact, we must find the chink in our armour and turn it into our GReaTest strength! This philosophy has pushed us forward, allowing us to establish ourselves as industry thought leaders, and making us the go-to hospitality brand across South India.

We draw our inspiration straight from the communities we serve. They show us how we can be proactive in our initiatives towards a better tomorrow. We’re lucky enough to live among individuals that drive us to turn thought into action! From pledging to help reduce the amount of plastic in the ocean by aiding the production of cloth bags, to making our hotels electric vehicle- friendly, and training our employees to rescue and care for nesting Olive Ridley turtles, we try to teach and help the people around us to care for the environment in any way they can.

Our vision for the future reflects our focus on growth in the long-term. When we discover a brand asset, we recognize the value it will hold for a future spanning across generations.
