Set yourself as an example.

It is very easy to tell others what to do and how to do but what people learn most is from you, your chracter, your actions. You never know to whom you are inspiring and who is imbibing your actions. If you are asking someone to do something, set yourself as an example first. Because Actions always speak more than words.
