Set Your Personal Brand in Stone to Attract The Right Clients

There are far too many people especially in the sales world that are willing to be whoever they NEED to be to win business.?

That's not how I want to win business.?

I'm here to show up as Andy Neary 100%. The person I am every single day because if I do I want to attract the people, the right people, into my world I don't want to attract just anyone. I want the right ones. And having that personal brand set in stone is so important.?

So number one, you got to figure out what your personal brand character traits are.?

Number two, who are you going after? What kind of message are you sharing with the people you want to do business with that intrigues them that opens their eyes that attracts them??

Number three, how are you sharing that message far and wide? AKA What are you doing with your marketing?

Now when it comes to your personal brand, the most effective place to let that brand shine is in your social media content. And this goes back to my comment about nobody cares about your logo they want to see you when it comes to social media.?

You have got to let your brand come through. Yes, use your content, whether it be videos, pictures, or articles to teach to let us know you're a subject matter expert, but also let us get to know you a little bit because again, I want to buy the personal brand behind your business. I don't want to buy the logo on your business card.
