Goal setting and purpose is about creating the life you want in small steps. Setting smaller goals and achieving them reinforces progress and keeps you moving forward.
Some questions to get you started.
What value do you want to add?
What makes you hit that sweet spot?
What makes you smile?
What gives you satisfaction?
What makes you get up every morning?
Steps to set those goals.
1. Identify what’s important to you that can be set as a goal personal or professional.
2. Define what steps you need to do.
3. Share your goal and steps with a close friend, colleague, line manager or a family member.
4. Gain support from others that will help you achieve your goal, take them along for the journey.
5. Reflect along the way, make changes to the steps as you go.
6. Celebrate the milestones along the way.
7. Be consistent and don’t give up.
Remember these are your goals what you believe in. Be true to yourself and you will succeed.
