TO SET YOUR FOOT IN TO THE KITCHEN IS NOT FUN



To set foot in to a kitchen technology is not for fun, it is a serious hot topic. In the Kitchen time machine, the hours are very long therefore you must be patient and sacrifice your happiness. The lessons that I learned through my experience in general as a professional chef, was traditionally a trade of sorts. In fact the chef is the main planner; developing new menus, correct food purchase specifications and recipes, also corrective action plan to control food cost, making them just perfect to serve for the patrons. The chef is the team leader, commanding what has to be done in the kitchen operation. Cooks create from recipes and direction. A chef creates (good quality food) and runs a department professionally. A qualified chef increases the customer’s value of the property and the restaurant business. Because food in your restaurant has been prepared by different people to make stuff everyone loves. Food is an identity of the person involved in its preparation. One thing is sure; people will come back to your restaurant if you offer great food and a personalized service. You are opening a new channel for communication with your guests; it gives the identification of your talent. Each day the hospitality competition is increasing. Every day marketing is more focused on each customer and becomes more personalized. That is a significant contribution to upgrade the restaurant branding.You might be won an excellent gold medal from culinary art competition. Purely your judges are not culinary panel. your valuable customers It is vitally important weapons. Look at things from the point of view of the customer. ‘If they are unhappy with your food than you are not a winner to build a great business on their confidence on you talent.

I strongly believe anyone can call themselves a chef, but if they do not have professional culinary skills, knowledge, real experience of the right technique of understanding, they won’t be a qualified excellent chef in the global culinary industry. Success does not come to you by just dreaming, praying or hoping for it. No matter how hard you pray for success, it will not come to you unless you work hard for it.
